Briget, daughter of Richard Tyndall, alias Hitchins was baptised at North Nibley on 16th April 1581.

Richard Tindall was a broadweaver of North Nibley and he made his will in 1626. He refers to his ‘well beloved in Christ (?) Richard Tindall of Hunts Court, North Nibley’

Agnes, wife of Richard, was buried at north Nibley on 26th April 1622.

William, son of Richard Tyndale alias Hytchins was baptised at North Nibley in March 1591.

 

William Tindall probably married Anne Weeks (sp?) on 9th November 1625


 

NATHANIEL TINDALL, Great VIII Grandfather of Richard Barton

Husband of Joan Curnock

Father of Elizabeth Trotman

 

Also Father of Anne and Mary

 

Nathaniel Tindall was baptised on 2nd February 1633 at North Nibley, son of William Tyndall.

He probably married Joan Curnock on 12th June 1671 at North Nibley. Joan Curnock, daughter of Arthur Curnock, was baptised on 30th October 1636.

They had at least three daughters.

Joan Tyndall was buried on 27th January 1716 at North Nibley and Nathaniel was buried on 29th March 1719 at North Nibley.

Joan Curnock was baptised on 30th October 1636

She probably married Nathaniel Tindall on 12th June 1671 at North Nibley. Nathaniel Tindall was baptised on 2nd February 1633 at North Nibley, son of William Tyndall.

They had at least three daughters.

Joan Tyndall was buried on 27th January 1716 at North Nibley and Nathaniel was buried on 29th March 1719 at North Nibley.

Elizabeth Tindall was baptised at North Nibley on 27th March 1675 and she was described as the daughter of Nathaniel Tindall. Nathaniel Tyndale and his wife Joane Curnock were married at North Nibley on 12th June 1671..

Nathaniel Tyndale, Clothier, was buried on 21st December 1700 at North Nibley and Joane, wife of Nathaniel Tindal was buried there on 27th January 1716.

Elizabeth Tindall married Daniel Trotman on 19th November 1698 at North Nibley.

Daniel Trotman was described as a Rugmaker when his daughter Hester was baptised in 1700.

Daniel was buried on 2nd August 1707 at North Nibley and Elizabeth, his widow, was buried on 16th October 1738 at North Nibley.

An Arthur Curnock was listed in Men at Arms for Gloucestershire 1608 for North Nibley: ‘Arthur Curnocke, fuller, 2 m’ (aged forty years) Is this the father of Arthur Curnock, Great Grandfather?

1629 Pew Plan for North Nibley: ‘Arthur Curnocke for his house at Snytend’

An Arthur Curnock had children baptised at North Nibley between 1629 and 1640.

Arthur Curnock, fuller, was buried at North Nibley on 22nd October 1640.

(?) A Joan Curnock was buried on 12th February 1653 at North Nibley.
